Adding a Utility Bar
Utility items can be prototype when creating a new Designer project > Lightning Application
How to activate the Utility Bar Items
Click on your project name located in the top toolbar.
Select Settings.
Go to the Utility Items tab to activate the Utility Bar.
How to create your first Utility Bar Items
From the Utility Items tab, click on the "Add Utility Item" button
Select any standard utility items or create custom ones
Set the properties like changing the icon.
Click on the Save button
Repeat those steps to add more Utility Items.
